Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exception under applicable law applies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for cosmetic, beauty, skincare, or personal care products that have been opened, used, or have had their protective seal removed.
Once a product has been opened, used, or unsealed, it is no longer eligible for return or refund due to hygiene regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
