Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information
